Design:

Along with its impressive capabilities, the N600-HC2005 is surprisingly compact and lightweight. Hundreds of components in each model are built into an instrument that measures 31cmx17cmx37cn (WxHxD) and weights 10.6 Kg. HD engineers worked diligently to build a compact instrument without sacrificing functionality and reliability. As a result, this model is a world-class research instrument that occupies minimal bench space.

Performance:
This model incorporates a constant current pulse generator, a load voltage measurement and display, an internal resistance operation unit, and a data save function. It is especially useful in load characteristics evaluation. It features an output voltage of 20V, a fast rising and drop time of 1usec, adjustment of current rising and drop slope, maximum high speed sampling of 1 usec, and a maximum of 8 channel potential measurements possible by electrometer.

Additional features include a graph display of measurement data of operation and a display of resistance. This model is USB compatible so that data can be saved to an external device. There are 3 modes to save/analyze the data results (Local Mode, Local USB Mode, and Remote Mode). It is also possible to monitor voltage/current waveform using an analog monitor output (current data only).
