My shipment was damaged upon receipt. What should I do?

Please notify Customer Service at 1-800-799-6232 or [email protected] within 7 days of receipt and report the damage to your order. We will issue a return authorization number and have UPS retrieve the shipment for return.

Where do I send my request for a quotation?

To request a quotation via the website select the product you would like to get a quote of. Once on the page there is an "add to quote" button that will assist you in getting your quotation. When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within five (5) days for stocked items. For all other items, you can expect shipment within three (3) weeks.

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped via UPS Regular Ground Service. However, large orders over 200lbs are shipped by truck. When it is more feasible, we use EMS United States Postal Service. For international customers, shipping costs are approved by the customer before shipping.

How do I return a defective item?

Please contact us as soon as possible about any defective items. A defective item must be reported within 7 days to our customer service upon receipt. The defective item should be retained and repackaged for carrier pick up. A return authorization will then be issued for the warranted claim.

What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy is listed under the Terms Of Sale page on our website in section 7.

7. Product Return Policy. (a) All returns must be authorized by NADA SCIENTIFIC within 7 days after receiving the shipment in order to insure proper credit. What is a Fuel Cell?


A Fuel Cell is an electrochemical energy conversion device. It produces electricity from external supplies of fuel (on the anode side) and oxidant (on the cathode side). These react in the presence of an electrolyte. Generally, the reactants flow in and reaction products flow out while the electrolyte remains in the cell. Fuel Cells can operate virtually continuously as long as the necessary flows are maintained.

Why do the Crookes Tubes require high voltage?

The high voltage is used to accelerate these positive and negative ions to either end of the tube; the electrons moving one way and the positive ions the other. As they do so, they gain energy and when high enough they will collide with other gas molecules and ionize them too. Once the electrons (or cathode rays) are produced and start to ionize other molecules, then these, in turn, will go on to produce more positive ions and negative electrons.

Can the static high voltage GENECON generate static electricity in a high humidity environment?

Static electricity is generated unless humidity in the air is extremely high. Since the low humidity of the felt disables the transfer of static electricity between the polyvinyl chloride drum and the felt, breathe on the felt to provide it with moisture especially at low humidity in winter.

When we tested the Hamilton flywheel for the static high voltage Genecon, we found that the flywheel did not rotate at all. Why is that happening?

Note that when assembling the support shaft for the flywheel, install them firmly. When the surface of polyvinyl chloride sheet supplied with the equipment is wet, leak current flows (electric leakage). Remove moisture using alcohol or something similar. Place the rotation part on the top end of the support shaft in parallel with the floor in a wobbly condition.
