These fantastic balls are used to conduct experiments in discrepant event science, polymerization, and the coefficients of friction and restitution. These rubber balls may look the same, but they behave differently upon impact on a solid surface. The "Happy" ball stores very little energy in collisions and bounces well. The "Unhappy" ball stores a lot of energy and doesn't bounce. This is a great aid for every momentum and collision study. Displays different physical and behavioral properties.

1" in diameter

Experiment 1
When both balls are allowed to fall on a solid surface, one bounces well while the other remains on the floor without bouncing at all.
Experiment 2
Place both balls in a Newton's Cradle with screws, hooks, and threads. Then strike them against one another.
