Nakamura Simple Spectrometer

This prize winning product shows that sometimes simpler is better. The luminous index (movable to any point on the spectrum) interlink switch the pointer on the outer ANGLE scale, allowing you to directly read the diffracted angle of the grating.

It is also possible to calculate the wavelength of the relevant light by using the trig table that is conveniently located at the back of the spectrometer.
