Conical Pivot Bearing. Used with dynamic carts in experiments of uniform acceleration. Pivoted precision pulley wheel minimizes friction and can be moved up, down, or facing inwards, outwards.

The bracket may be clamped on the edge of a laboratory table or a support rod up to 53mm thick.
